Shipping & Returns


NE.SENSE orders are delivered Monday to Friday. We offer a Free Worldwide Shipping Fee for orders above NTD13,000.

We use DHL Express, Fedex Express, SF Express, EMS as our couriers. Normally it takes 3-5 working days. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. NE.SENSE cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

Orders placed after 4/21 will not be shipped until 4/30.


NE.SENSE offers a 30 day returning period. If you are unhappy with a purchase you may request to return your items in exchange for store credits. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition accompanied with it's original tag. Once we receive and confirm the garments, we will issue a full store credit refund.

To return your item, you should mail your product to: 5F., No. 358, Sec. 2, Bade Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105041, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

** All on sale items cannot be returned.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that NE.SENSE has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.
